- Human CD49b is an integrin alpha 2 subunit that forms a heterodimer with beta 1 integrin and functions as an adhesion molecule. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 30-40ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment with Tris/EDTA, pH 9, prior to staining. Functional Assays: Require removal of sodium azide by dialysis before use. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
