Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:100-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:100-1:1000. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
