Extra Details:: CD45RC represents an exon C-dependent isoform of CD45 glycoprotein. It is expressed at high density on all B lymphocytes, at intermediate density on most CD8+ splenic T cells, and on two subpopulations of CD4+ splenic T cells with high and low density of expression. CD45RC is also present on a small subset of thymocytes.1-4 Applications • Flow cytometry 1, 3 • Immunoprecipitation 1 Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
