- MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. CD45RA is an isoform of the human leukocyte common antigen, CD45. Human CD45 has three exons that encode peptides A, B, and C respectively. Differential splicing of the exons generates at least five isoforms, ABC, AB, BC, B, and O. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections and PLP-fixed paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the NSO/U myeloma cell line.
