CD45RA is an isoform of the human leukocyte common antigen, CD45. Human CD45 has three exons that encode peptides A, B, and C respectively. Differential splicing of the exons generates at least five isoforms, ABC, AB, BC, B, and O. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections and PLP-fixed paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the NSO/U myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78Y: IgG1, Murine Negative Control (For rat tissue) Recommended secondary antibodies: Rat Adsorbed I1904-06H IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-06F: IgG, H&L (FITC) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
