- CD45RA is an isoform of the human leukocyte common antigen, CD45. Human CD45 has three exons that encode peptides A, B, and C respectively. Differential splicing of the exons generates at least five isoforms, ABC, AB, BC, B, and O. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections and PLP-fixed paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the NSO/U myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78Y: IgG1, Murine Negative Control (For rat tissue) Recommended secondary antibodies: Rat Adsorbed I1904-06H IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-06F: IgG, H&L (FITC) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
