Extra Details:: CD45RA is a 200kD exon A-dependent isoform of CD45. It is expressed on 40-50% of CD4+ peripheral T cells, 50% of peripheral CD8+ T cells, and a portion of B lymphocytes and monocytes.1-3 Applications: • Flow cytometry • Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections and paraffin sections) • Immunoprecipitation Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. PE/CY5 combination conjugate is used as a third fluorochrome in multicolor flow cytometry applications when only a single 488nm excitation source is available. Antibodies are covalently coupled using heterobifunctional linking reagents, resulting in an optimal conjugation format for flow cytometry.
