Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Y3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cells with spleen cells from immunized DA rats. Recommeded Negative Control: I1904-82V4: IgG2b, Rat Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
