- Leukocyte common antigen (LCA) is typically at high levels on all nucleated hematopoietic cells including bone marrow cells, thymocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, but not on mature erythrocytes, platelets and non-hematopoietic tissues and cells. CD45 is critically required for T and B cell antigen receptor-mediated activation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 10ug/ml. Paraffin sections. No pre-treatment of tissue section is required. Western Blot: 1ug/ml; non-reducing conditions, band around 200-250kD Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
