- Extra Details:
- CD45 is a cell surface antigen. It is also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA). CD45 is expressed by all leukocytes, but not by non-haematopoietic tissues. Expression on lymphocytes is characteristically stronger than that observed on granulocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive control tissue: Human tonsil. Negative Control: Mouse IgG2a Negative Control labeled with PE Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS-1 myeloma cell line. Source: Tissue culture supernatant Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
