- CD45 (LCA) common leukocyte antigens are members of the T200 glycoprotein complex. CD45 antigen is a protein tyrosine phosphatase. CD45 antigen is present on all human leukocytes and progenitors in bone marrow. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Does not require antigen retrieval. Immunohistochemistry (resin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
