Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10. Use 10ul of the recommended working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Fusion Partners: Spleen cells of immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the NS1 mouse myeloma line. Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG2a Negative Control: FITC; See I1904-83Y1. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
