- Human CD43 is a heavily O-glycosylated and sialylated transmembrane protein that is mainly found on T cells, but not on B cells. Functional Application: Antibody partially induces apoptosis in hemopoetic progenitor cells and also induces homopoetic aggregation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
