Extra Details:: Human CD41 is a member of major platelet transmembrane glycoprotein complex (CD41/CD61) which mediates platelet aggregation and adhesion by serving as the receptor for fibrinogen and von Willebrand factor, fibronectin and vitronectin. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50 (or use 1.6ul of concentrated stock per 5x10e5 cells per test) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
