- Extra Details:
- CD41 is expressed on platelets and megakaryocytes and forms a heterodimer with CD61. CD41/CD61 is important for platelet adhesion and aggregation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen tissue sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-78Y IgG1, Murine Negative Control, rat IgG1 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
