Extra Details:: CD41 (GPIIb) is a transmembrane glycoprotein (integrin family) composed of two chains GPIIb alpha (heavy chain: 120kD) and GPIIb beta (light chain: 23kD). Primarily expressed on platelets and megakaryocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
