- Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase-6 (CD39L2), also known as rhCD39L2 /ENTPD6, is a secreted nucleoside phosphohydrolase, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of extracellular nucleotides, such as nucleoside 5'-diphosphates and nucleoside 5'-triphosphates. It has a broad tissue distribution, with major expression in the heart. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml using Recombinant Human CD39L2/ENTPD6 Immunoprecipitation: 25ug/ml to immunoprecipitate recombinant human CD39L2 from conditioned cell culture medium. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
