- CD35 is a single chain cell surface glycoprotein which exists in four allotypic forms (A,B,C,D) of 190kD, 220kD, 160kD and 250kD respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10ul of the diluted antibody to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Immunohistochemistry: frozen and paraffin. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Positive Control Tissue: Tonsil. Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab’)2 (HRP) Pab RbxMo I1904-66C: IgG, F(ab’)2, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxMo F(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE conjugate Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Control: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control: Azide free. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
