Extra Details:: Human CD34 is an unusual glycosylated membrane protein exclusively expressed on immature hematopoietic cells and on endothelial cells. CD34 may have a role in cell adhesion. CD34 has extensive utility for bone marrow transplantation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
