- Extra Details:
- CD34 is a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein with a MW of 105-120kD. It is useful in the identification and enrichment of hematopoietic precursor cells, and the characterization of leukemias. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:50. 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:20-1:200 Immunoprecipitation: 2-10ug/ml Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-47L: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Goat x Rat I1903-13N: IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (PE) Pab Goat x Rat Recommended Negative Control: I1904-82D1: IgG2a, Rat Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
