- Extra Details:
- CD32 antigen is a 40kD glycoprotein. It acts as a low affinity receptor for IgG (also known as Fc gamma RII). CD32 mediates several functions including endocytosis, activation of secretion, cytotoxicity and immunomodulation. CD32 is expressed by B cells, monocytes, granulocytes and platelets. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Negative Controls: I1904-78P: IgG1 Negative Control (PE) Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
