Extra Details:: PECAM-1 (CD31) is a type 1 transmembrane protein expressed primarily on endothelial cells, platelets and leukocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
