Extra Details:: Sheep CD31 is predominantly expressed by peripheral blood platelets and a small percentage of lymphocytes. CD31 is also highly expressed by sheep endothelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher Hybridoma: SP2-0/Ag14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control: FITC Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
