- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD28 is a t ype of I disulfide-linked homodimer that is expressed on most thymocytes and at very low levels on NK cells. Its expression is upregulated upon T-cell activation. CD28 is a ligand for CD80/B7-1 and CD86/B7-2 on B cells and other antigen presenting cells and plays an important role in the interaction between T cells and B cells. CD28 is a co-stimulatory receptor involved in many but not all T cell independent immune responses. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Y3/Ag 1.2.3 rat myeloma cells with spleen cells from DA rat. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1903-14Y: IgG, H&L (FITC) I1904-47R: IgG, H&L (FITC) Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
