Extra Details:: Human CD26 is a T cell activation antigen which can be associated with costimulation (1). The significance of the dipeptidyl peptidase IV activity remains unknown. Recent characterization of adenosine deaminase binding to CD26 suggests an important immunoregulatory role (2). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
