Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200. 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended secondary reagent: I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab’)2, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Rb xMo Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-78R: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Hybridoma: P3X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
