- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD24 is attached to the cell membrane via a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor and is expressed at multiple stages of B cell development, beginning with the bone marrow CD34 positive pro-B cell compartment and continuing through mature surface IgM positive/IgD positive B cells. CD24 is also expressed on the vast majority of B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemias, B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemias and B cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. In the normal spleen, mantle zone lymphocytes are CD24 strongly positive, but germinal center cells are CD24 negative or CD24 weakly positive. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen tissues Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:50 per 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
