- Extra Details:
- CD24 is a single chain glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored cell surface sialoglycoprotein. Expressed early in B lymphocytes ontogeny and lost at the plasma cell stage. In contrast, CD24 antigen is absent from T lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes, erythrocytes and platelets. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat; Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of a mouse myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-79D: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (PE) Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
