- Lymphocytes proliferate and differentiate in response to various concentrations of different antigens. The ability of the B cell to respond in a specific, yet sensitive manner to the various antigens is achieved with the use of low-affinity antigen receptors. This gene encodes a cell surface molecule which assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 100ul whole blood or 1x10e6 peripheral blood mononuclear (PBMC) in 100ul buffer. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Cell Reactivity: B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) + Pro lymphocytic leukemia (PLL) + Hairy cell leukemia (HCL) + Common acute lymphoblastic leukemia (CALL) + Pre-B acute lymphoblastic leukemia (pre-B-ALL) + NULL-acute lymphoblastic leukemia (NULL-ALL) + T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) -- T-common lymphoblastic leukemia (T-CLL) -- Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
