Extra Details:: Beta 2 integrin, which is designated CD18, may be associated with the integrin alphaL, alphaX or alphaM subunits. CD18 is expressed by all leucocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50. 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: PAI myeloma cells with lymph node cells from Balb/c mice. Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
