- In the mouse, only the transmembrane form of CD16 is reported to exist, which is expressed on macrophages, NK cells, granulocytes, myeloid precursors, and subpopulations of T lymphocytes. CD32 is primarily expressed on cells of the myeloid lineage and also on mature B lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:50, Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Cells from immunized rats were fused with cells of the mouse P3X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
