- Extra Details:
- CD16 is a low affinity FC gamma receptor expressed by polymorphonuclear cells (PMN), peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) and monocytes in porcine. Clone 3H1027 has been reported to block PBL mediated antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC) and partially inhibit PMN-mediated ADCC. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: P3X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Negative Control: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
