Extra Details:
APN is a cell surface protein homologous with human CD13. In the mouse, CD13 is a non-covalently linked homodimer of approximately 150kD subunits expressed by a variety of cells including monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cell, veiled cells and B cells of immune system. Has been reported to block mouse APN enzyme activity Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Functional Assays, and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100, use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Endotoxin: ≤0.01EU/ug Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized mice fused with cells of the IR983F rat myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
