Extra Details:: C2262-90 recognizes the porcine cell surface antigen classified as CD11R1 at the Third International Workshop on Swine Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens (Haverson et al. 2001). Clone MIL4 stains porcine eosinophils, a subset of neutrophils and NK cells, it does not stain monocytes or macrophages (Haverson et al. 1994). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-200. Use 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: P3X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
