Extra Details:: Human CD11b (alphaM integrin) complexes with CD18 (beta2 integrin) to form the complement receptor type 3 (CR3) heterodimer which binds to ICAM-1, fibrinogen, C3b, and coagulation factor X. CD11b expression is restricted to leukocytes, mainly to myeloid and NK cells. Functional Application: Antibody blocks homotypic neutrophil and monocyte (FMLP induced) aggregation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
