Extra Details:: CD11b is the receptor for the iC3b component of complement. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:50-1:100; Paraffin embedded sections require PLP fixation prior to use. (Periodate-lysine-paraformaldehyde) Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
