- Extra Details:
- CD11b is the receptor for the iC3b component of complement. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen/Paraffin): Paraffin embedded sections require PLP fixation prior to use. (Periodate-lysine-paraformaldehyde) Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-83K1: IgG2a (HRP) Pab GtxMo I1904-83T: IgG2a, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Rb xMo Recommended Negative Control: I1904-83P1: IgG2a Murine Negative Control Hybridoma: NSO/U myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
