- MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. The integrin alphaL subunit (CD11a) is a 180kD glycoprotein expressed by all human leukocytes. The molecule is involved in cell-cell adhesion processes and binds to ICAM-1, 2 and 3. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
