Extra Details:: CD10 is a 100kD cell surface zinc metalloprotease, cleaving peptide bonds on the N-terminus of hydrophobic amino acids and inactivating multiple physiologically active peptids. CD10 is expressed on various normal cell types, including lymphoid precursor cells, germinal center B lymhocytes, and some epithelial cells, and its expression level serves as a marker for diagnostics of many carcinomas. CD10 is also a differentiation antigen for early B-lymphoid progenitors in the B-cell differentiation pathway and has a key role in regulation of growth, differentiation and signal transduction of many cellular systems. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
