Extra Details:: CD8 molecules are composed of dimers of either alpha/alpha or alpha/beta polypeptide combinations. Both types of dimer may co-exist at the cell surface. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1:10. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Control: Mouse IgG2a Negative Control Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-65L: Rabbit anti- Mouse IgG:FITC Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
