Extra Details:: An antibody for phenotyping of malignant T-cell lymphomas and for the evaluation of cytotoxic/suppressor T-cells. CT 8 recognizes the 30kD human T- cytotoxic/ suppressor lymphocyte cell surface antigen, expressed on blood lymphocytes. The antigen is also present on NK-cells and on ~80% of thymocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:100. Microwave treatment required for paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
