Extra Details:: Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from an immunized DA rat were fused with cells of the rat Y3/Ag1.2.3. myeloma cell line. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Goat Anti Rat IgG: HRP (mouse absorbed), F(ab')2 Goat anti-rat IgG: RPE (mouse adsorbed) Recommended Negative Controls: Rat IgG2a Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
