Applications: Suitable for use in hc Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Goat Anti Rat IgG: HRP (mouse absorbed), F(ab')2 Goat anti-rat IgG: RPE (mouse adsorbed) Recommended Negative Controls: Rat IgG2a Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark.
