Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, in vitro blocking studies, and Immunohistochemistry (frozen, paraffin-embedded following PLP Fixation (periodate-lysine paraformaldehyde). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100 Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin embedded sections, Does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin embedded sections. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the NS1 mouse myeloma cell line.
