- Applications: Suitable for use in in vitro blocking studies, and Immunohistochemistry (frozen, paraffin-embedded following PLP Fixation (periodate-lysine paraformaldehyde). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin embedded sections, Does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin embedded sections. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the NS1 mouse myeloma cell line. Recommended Secondary Reagents: IgG Goat anti mouse IgG:FITC (rat adsorbed) IgG Goat anti mouse IgG:RPE (rat adsorbed) Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
