Extra Details:: CD5 is expressed by T lymphocytes and by a small subset of B lymphocytes. CD5 is also expressed by certain types of B cell malignancy, including B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 20ug/ml using human spleen as a positive control Flow Cytometry: 2ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml. Laurylmaltoside lysing buffer; non-reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
