Extra Details:: Human CD5 is believed to be an alternative signaling molecule found on all mature T cells, on most thymocytes and on a subpopulation of mature B cells expressing autoantibodies. The ligand for CD5 is CD72. Functional Application: Antibody does not stimulate CD5+ PBMNC (2). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
