- May be used to trigger proliferation and cytotoxicity of CD3 positive cells (Tomonari 1988). The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat; 1:5, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from SD rats Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. * For APC conjugates: Remove: Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. >>> if product is to be used neat (i.e., without dilution)
