Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Should not be used with C2272-71J3, in dual color Flow Cytometry, due to non-specific interactions between the two reagents. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
