Extra Details:
CD3 epsilon, a 20kD transmembrane protein, is a member of the CD3 complex which consists of four subunits, gamma, delta, epsilon and zeta, that are associated to the T cell receptor (TCR). TCR plays a critical role in T cell development and function, and is responsible for ligand recognition. It interacts non-covalently with the CD3 dimers delta/epsilon, gamma/epsilon and zeta/zeta which transduce signals from the TCR into the cell. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
